VLPO International lets condominium homes in Singapore. We do not chase volume; we know our developments well: which stacks face which way, which layouts get the west sun, how far the MRT and schools are, and which owners are easy to deal with.
We believe tenants should see the real home and a clear rent first. So we photograph and film every home before listing it, and show the rent, the available date and the furnishing.

Six things we do for every tenant
Whatever the rent or lease length, these six never change.
Every home is handpicked. We look at the location, the building and the finish, and leave out anything that falls short.
Well finished and well kept, so the home feels right from the day you move in.
Homes in central, established neighbourhoods, close to work, schools and shopping.
Book a time and we take you round each home in person. Viewings are free.
When you sign, we arrange your utilities and internet connection, so you don't have to.
Once you move in, come to us with anything you need and we follow it up for you.
