How renting works
Six steps from viewing to move-in; if all goes smoothly, you can move in within one to three weeks.

Shortlist online, then view with us in person, or by video call if you are overseas.
FreeLetter of intent
Sign a letter of intent (LOI) with the rent, lease term, move-in date and anything you want added, and pay a good-faith deposit.
Usually one monthOwner accepts
We take your terms to the owner and negotiate until they sign.
Usually daysSign the lease
Sign the tenancy agreement; the good-faith deposit becomes the security deposit, and you pay the first month's rent.
Within about a weekHandover
Go through the inventory with the owner item by item and photograph the condition of the home.
Move-in dayMove in
Collect the keys and access cards and set up utilities and internet. You can still come to us during the lease.

Leave your name and number and we will confirm the time and meeting point on WhatsApp. If you are overseas, we can do a video call.
