Designed by OMA and Ole Scheeren and completed in 2013, The Interlace stacks 31 six-storey blocks around eight large courtyards on about 8 hectares. There are 1,040 homes, from 800 sq ft units to 6,300 sq ft penthouses.
It sits at the corner of Depot Road and Alexandra Road, about 0.5 km from HortPark in a straight line, with Telok Blangah Hill Park and the Southern Ridges to the south. It was named World Building of the Year at the 2015 World Architecture Festival.
